Tracey Sinclair is a fully qualified EFL
teacher specialising in alternative
education. She started sharing ideas with
teachers 20 years ago. Now she teaches,
trains and is an international speaker.

Kathy Dawson is Program Administrator of
Teacher Education at Mount Royal
University, Calgary, Canada. She is
passionate about her work with educators
around the world as they respond to the
challenges of internationalization.

Jim Scrivener is currently Head of Teacher
Development for Bell International. He has
been Head of Teacher Training for
International House, Hastings and Director
of Education for IH Budapest.

Maria de la Lama is currently Director of
Universidad del Pacífico Language Center.
She is a graduate in Education who also
holds an A.B. in Linguistics and an M.A. in
Applied Linguistics from the University of
California, Davis; as well as an MBA from
Universidad del Pacífico.
